Ingredients

• 50 ml syrup (elderflower syrup)
• 2 ice cubes
• 200 ml apple juice, chilled
• 200 ml carbonated mineral water, chilled
• 2 leaves peppermint

Instructions

1. Pour the syrup into a red wine glass (250 ml), add the ice and pour apple juice and soda (or tap water) on it. Add the mint leaf and enjoy!
2. If the apple juice is very sweet, reduce the syrup if necessary, or use more ice (to dilute).
3. A wonderful summer drink, (not only) suitable for drivers - when it is really hot, we only drink without electricity.
