Ingredients
- 100 ml sparkling wine, dry or semi-dry
- 75 ml mineral water
- 2 cl syrup (elderflower syrup)
- 4 leaves mint, fresh
- 0.5 ½ lime (s), quartered
- Ice cubes or crushed ice

- Put the mint leaves in a cocktail glass and press a little on the bottom of the glass. This is important for the aroma to develop! Add the lime pieces and fill up with sparkling wine, mineral water and elderflower syrup. Finally add the ice cubes or crushed ice as you like and you`re done.
- The lime cubes can also be mashed a little. The whole thing tastes a bit more tangy!
