- 1 dash syrup, (elderflower syrup), approx.
- 100 ml tonic water
- 100 ml sparkling wine, (alcohol-free)
- mint

- Cut a slice from a hot washed lime and quarter it. Pour into a large (red wine) glass. Now pour a dash of elderflower syrup over it. Top up with tonic water and (non-alcoholic) sparkling wine. Add a few ice cubes and a few mint leaves.
