Ingredients- 0.25 ¼ lime (s), organic
- 1 stalks mint, fresh
- 3 ice cubes
- 100 ml Prosecco
- 100 ml mineral water
- 30 ml vodka
- 15 ml elderflower syrup
- possibly lime slice (s) for garnish

- Put the lime and mint leaves in a glass, mash a little with a pestle. Add ice cubes. Top up with Prosecco, mineral water, vodka and elderflower syrup. Serve garnished with a lime wedge if you like.
