  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cl red wine

Instructions

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil, mustard, ketchup, honey, garlic, chopped onion and red wine in a saucepan, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the meat 3 tablespoons of oil and pour the mixture over it. Then cook in the oven at medium heat (approx. 190 ° C) for approx. 1 hour.
