Ingredients

  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 500 g pasta
  • 4 red pepper (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 6 sausages (Debreciner)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 liter broth, clear
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into cubes.
  2. Put enough oil in a large saucepan to cover the bottom. Layer the ingredients in the saucepan in the order shown, first the bacon and last the broth. Don`t stir! Put the lid on the pot and bring everything to a boil. As soon as it boils, let it simmer for 15 minutes. Only now remove the lid and stir everything.
