  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 1 kg potato (s), cooked
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 125 ml cream
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and sauté in the oil. Sprinkle with paprika, deglaze with fruit vinegar and add the cooked potatoes, cut into quarters. Add the broth and cook until creamy (approx. 20 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, fold in the cream and sprinkle with the parsley.
