  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into small pieces, slice the spring onions and dice the tomatoes. Dice the seitan. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and mix with the vegetables and seitan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and bake everything for about 20 minutes. Let cool and use as a filling for tortillas or serve as a side dish. Tastes warm and cold.
