  • 600 g white cabbae
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 250 g red pepper (s)
  • 4 Cabanossi
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 juniper berries
  • some sugar
  • some vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage into small pieces, peel and dice the potatoes, cut the paprika into strips. Simmer the white cabbage, potatoes and peppers with bay leaves and juniper berries in the broth for about 25 minutes. Then add the finely chopped Cabanossi (either cut into slices or into small pieces), season with the remaining spices and simmer for another 10 minutes. With it fresh baguette or just a slice of fresh bread with a little butter.
