Ingredients

  • 500 g pork loin (s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 8 slices cheese, Gouda ( the size toast)
  • 4 slices toast
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Parry the pork loin, cut the medallions and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Fry medallions in a little oil on both sides for about 2 minutes and keep warm.
  3. Briefly sauté the onions in a little clarified butter or margarine in the same pan. Add the mushrooms and fry until they have a nice color. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the creme fraiche, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the toast, spread the loin on the toast, pour the mushrooms over it and top with the cheese. Baked in the oven until the cheese has run.
