Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Gradually add the flour and knead into a dough.
  2. Shape the dough into even balls with a diameter of approx. 2 cm. Press an indentation in the middle of each. Brush the edge with the egg yolk and dip in the almond powdered sugar mixture (mix the powdered sugar with the ground almonds for the mixture).
  3. Then fill the recess with a jam of your choice, chill the biscuits for about 30 minutes and then bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
  4. I also like to fill the recess with nut nougat cream, it also tastes really delicious.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
