Ingredients
- 4 beetroot, cooked
- 1 onion (s)
For the marinade:
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- herbs Provence
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Cut the onion into strips and the beetroot into slices.
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade, except for the balsamic vinegar, in a cup and heat them in the microwave for a few seconds. Then add the vinegar. Mix the beetroot, onion and marinade and let it steep.
- If you want it to be quick, the salad also tastes really good with beetroot from the glass.
