Peel the beetroot and rub with the coarse side of a kitchen grater. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces by hand and add. Add the juice of one lime. Do not chop the coriander too finely and add it (stalks can also be processed). Add a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
