  • 1 banana (s)
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 200 g currants
  • 2 nectarine (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch mint
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • possibly milk or orange juice to dilute

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces of equal size. Wash, drain and sort the berries. For the later decoration we need 2 currant panicles, please put these aside. Wash, core and roughly dice the nectarines as well. All fruits are put in a container and this in turn in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  2. Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck individual leaves from about 3 branches and set aside. Put the rest of the mint with the fruits and sugar in the blender and mix everything well until creamy. If it is too thick for you, dilute it with milk or orange juice.
  3. Divide the smoothie between two large glasses and decorate with currant panicles and mint leaves.
