  • 500g flour
  • 350 g suar, rock candy
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the rock candy in the water and let it cool. Dissolve the butter a little and mix the dough like pancakes, but not too stiff. Now add cold water until the dough is liquid. Make relatively little batter on the croissant machine and close quickly. After a short time, roll it IMMEDIATELY into a croissant with a fork and let it cool.
  2. We always like the croissants very good.
