- Clean, wash and spin dry the rocket and iceberg lettuce. Pluck the iceberg lettuce into small pieces or cut into strips. Remove the hard stalks from the rocket.
- Prepare a salad dressing from water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and mix well. Mix the sauce with the salad.
