Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 200 g iceber lettuce
  • 100 g rocket

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, milder
  • 4 tablespoon cooking oil, good
  • 100 ml water
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and spin dry the rocket and iceberg lettuce. Pluck the iceberg lettuce into small pieces or cut into strips. Remove the hard stalks from the rocket.
  2. Prepare a salad dressing from water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and mix well. Mix the sauce with the salad.
