Ingredients

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 3 slices toasted bread, toasted
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 100 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, or sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lettuce and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ham slices into strips. Peel the egg and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the stems and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl. Drizzle this dressing over the salad and mix everything. Dice the toast and sprinkle over it.
