Ingredients

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small can Mandarine (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream (alternatively yoghurt)
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and pluck iceberg lettuce. Drain the tangerines. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Mix the sour cream (or yogurt) with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and flavor.
  3. Wash, clean and dice the peppers and add to the marinade. Add the tangerines and bananas.
  4. Finally, add the marinade to the iceberg lettuce and mix everything together.
  5. Serve immediately.
