Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 125 ml cream
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut and wash the lettuce. Whip the cream until half stiff and then add the yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with sugar, pepper and salt. Mix the salad with the sauce just before serving.
