Ingredients

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 2 large orange (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g rapes, reen, seedless

For the dressing:

  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the iceberg lettuce, detach the remaining leaves from the stalk, pick apart, wash and drain well.
  2. Peel and fillet the oranges. Peel, quarter and core the apple and cut both ingredients into pieces. Wash grapes and cut in half. Put everything in a large salad bowl.
  3. Season the cream with salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the salad and mix everything together. It`s just a little salad dressing. The amount is just right, please don`t drown the salad in cream.
  4. Serve immediately.
