Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce (approx. 250 g)
  • 3 celery stalks (approx. 150 g)
  • 2 medium apples, red-skinned
  • 1 banana (s)

For the dressing:

  • 150 g yourt, low in fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chives, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar or a little honey
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized strips. Wash the celery, prepare and cut into thin slices. Wash, core and cut the apples into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the fresh herbs, mix with yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and a pinch of sugar and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix with the salad. Finally, peel the banana, cut it into slices and carefully fold it into the salad.
