Ingredients

0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce (approx. 250 g)
3 celery stalks (approx. 150 g)
2 medium apples, red-skinned
1 banana (s)

For the dressing:

Iceberg Lettuce with Fruity Note and Yogurt Dressing

Instructions

Wash and prepare the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized strips. Wash the celery, prepare and cut into thin slices. Wash, core and cut the apples into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
Finely chop the fresh herbs, mix with yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and a pinch of sugar and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Mix with the salad. Finally, peel the banana, cut it into slices and carefully fold it into the salad.
