Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 pickles with stevia for low carb
  • 2 slices processed cheese
  • 200 g round beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce, pick it up and arrange it on the plates.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and fry in a pan with the minced meat. Mash the minced meat as small as possible. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the pickled cucumbers and chop the processed cheese and spread it on the salad. As soon as the minced meat is done, spread it over the cheese so that it can melt.
  4. Make a cocktail sauce from the remaining ingredients. Season this with salt and pepper.
