Iceberg Lettuce with Tuna

Ingredients

• 1 iceberg lettuce
• 1 can tuna in oil
• 1 cup natural yoghurt, approx. 50 - 200 g
• 100 g sweet cream
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 3 tablespoon vinegar
• 3 tablespoon mustard
• 150 ml water, cold
• Herbs
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Wash the iceberg lettuce. Small pluck and place in a bowl. Make a salad dressing from the other ingredients and pour over the iceberg lettuce.
2. You can mix the tuna with the salad dressing or put it on top of the iceberg lettuce.
