Ingredients

  • 3 scoops strawberry ice cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup espresso, warm

Instructions

  1. Put the ice cream scoops into a large glass, e.g. Latte Macchiato glass, with a spoon or an ice cream scoop and press down a little. Pour the sugar into the cold milk or amount of sugar to taste and pour the milk over the ice cream. Then let the hot espresso from the fully automatic coffee machine run into the cup and pour it over the ice.
  2. Alternatively, you can also use filter coffee or instant coffee. Personally, I like this recipe best with warm, strong coffee.
