Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 9 egg (s)
  • 225 g powdered suar

  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g hazelnuts, rated

  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

For the cream:

  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cream stiffeners
  • 3 tablespoon coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough together.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Let the cake cool down. Cut a narrow strip down from the edge and crumble.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff, mix in the cream stabilizer, sugar and cappuccino powder. Spread on the cooled cake. Spread the crumbs on top.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate icing over the top with a spoon as you like and put it in the fridge.
