Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons tea leaves, black
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 cl orange blossom water
  • 4 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 3 cl syrup (lime syrup)
  • 8 cl nectar (peach nectar)
  • 2 peach (s)
  • Lemon (s) - slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring half a liter of water to the boil, put the tea leaves in a filter bag, scald with the water and let steep for 3 minutes. In the meantime, wash, core and dice the peaches.
  2. Add the peaches, lemon juice, orange blossom water, sugar syrup and lime syrup to the tea. Let cool down and chill overnight.
  3. The next day, pour the tea mixture through a sieve and mix with the peach nectar. Then sweeten the iced tea with sugar syrup to taste. To serve, pour into a glass on 4 ice cubes and put in a lemon wedge.
