- 1 liter tea, black
- 1 lemon (s)
- 4 sprigs mint, fresh
- Sugar or sweetener to taste

- Make black tea as usual. Add the sprigs of mint to the pot. Pour the lemon juice into the cooled tea and add sugar or sweetener to taste.
- If you`re in a hurry: boil less strong tea and fill it up with cold water or ice cubes. Leave the sprigs of mint in the pot as a decoration.
- The tea is very refreshing in hot weather and has a similar taste to (hot) Arabic black tea (except for the lemon).
