Ingredients

  • 4 bags tea (apple tea)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small Piece (s) ginger, approx. cm
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs lemon balm
  • 2 sticks lemongrass
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour one liter of hot water into the apple tea and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then take out the tea bags, stir in sugar and refrigerate for two hours. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices, wash the lemon balm. Add the ginger, lemon juice, balm and lemongrass as well as the ice cubes to the tea and let it steep for a moment.
  3. Fill into glasses.
