Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 250 g suar, brown
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled clove powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 liter ½ beer, whatever you like, I like to take pilsner beer
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is well mixed, then add the beer and stir well with the dough hook.
  2. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 180ºC with a fan.
  3. Tastes very tasty with salted butter and cheese.
