Instructions

  1. My recipes are mostly low in fat and suitable for ww! The amount of ingredients can be increased at any time if necessary!
  2. In a non-stick pan, fry the onion, cut into fine cubes, with the oil until translucent!
  3. In the meantime, mix the tartare with all the ingredients and spices up to the vegetable stock!
  4. Mix in the fried onion and form 2 thick cakes from the tartar mixture on a board.
  5. Press a well in the middle with your fist and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and some grated cheese to bind it.
  6. The absolutely low-fat mozzarella, which does not run so quickly, pack into the prepared well and shape it nicely into a ball!
  7. The mozzarella should be well covered on all sides!
  8. In the onion pan, braise the 2 tartar mozzarella balls brown on both sides.
  9. Deglaze with vegetable stock and use the stock and a little ajvar to make a sauce of your own taste.
  10. If some cheese is leaking, then there is no need to bind the sauce with a little cream cheese and cornstarch.
  11. Minced meat should always be seasoned according to your own taste preferences, but the ingredients mentioned should already be used!
  12. Small shaped tartar balls with mini mozzarella are particularly suitable for children!
  13. Also ideal as a party snack!
  14. At WW for 4 people 6 P / portion
