Ingredients
- 6 apples, approx. 750 g
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral or nut oil
- 10 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 packet custard powder
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 100 ml egg liqueur or other cream liqueur to taste
- 50 ml milk
- some butter-vanilla flavor
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Made delicious and super fast in a 26-round baking pan!
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy! A little longer! Add the oil, milk and egg liqueur!
- Mix the baking powder with the flour, cornstarch and pudding powder, add a pinch of salt and stir in a spoonful! Stir it up nicely!
- Grease or spray the mold and fill the bottom with part of the liquid dough!
- Put the peeled and sliced apples drizzled with lemon juice on the dough! TIP: hollow out the peeled apples with the apple core cutter and slice them into very thin slices with the cucumber slicer, this gives an applesauce effect after baking!
- Pour the rest of the dough onto the apples and place in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes. Chopstick sample!
