Ingredients

  • Broth, grains
  • 1 kg carrot (s), peeled, sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, cut into pieces
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 1 large potato (s), peeled, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresher, grated
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Bring the carrots, apples, onions, potatoes and garlic to a boil in 1.5 liters of water with the appropriate amount of stocking powder, simmer for about 20 minutes and puree when all the vegetables are soft. Mix the flour and cream together and add to the soup, let simmer briefly. Season to taste with ginger, curry, salt and pepper.
