  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ fennel seeds
  • 4 teaspoons tea, black
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and all the spices to the boil, then add the black tea to the tea infuser and let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove tea.
  2. Add sugar and milk, stop boiling, just let it steep a little and pour through a sieve into a nice jug.
