Indian Vegetarian Dish: Curry with Vegetables

Curry with vegetables is an Indian vegetarian, light and tasty dish at the same time. Vegetable curry can be served as a main course or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • large onions
  • 350 grams of potatoes
  • 350 grams of cauliflower
  • 300 grams of carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • yogurt
  • 3 dessert spoons of curry powder
  • 1.5 dessert spoons of turmeric
  • 1 dessert spoon of ginger powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of garam masala
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a bowl and add curry and onion powder. Stir the contents of the dishes constantly.
  2. Add potatoes and cauliflower. After 3 minutes, add the turmeric and ginger powder. Mix everything well.
  3. Cook this vegetable curry for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes and cauliflower are tender. Stir occasionally.
  4. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with garam masala and serve hot.
