• 3 cl rum (Captain Morgan)
• 3 cl liqueur (Malibu)
• Juice (strawberry juice)
• Ice, crushed ice
• 0.5 ½ strawberries (fresh)
• 1 carom slice (s) (star fruit)

Instructions

1. Fill long drink glass (0.3l) with crushed ice, pour Captain Morgan & Malibu over it. Top up with strawberry juice. Please do not use strawberry syrup or the like, otherwise the taste will be significantly impaired. Can also be sipped `frozen´ (*) instead of crushed ice. Decorate the glass with strawberries and carambola.
2. (*) Mix all ingredients with the ice in a blender to a creamy ice cream mass.
