Cheesecake is a cheese dessert that is prepared in various ways from cottage cheese and different types of cheese. An English cheesecake recipe is about making a dessert without baking. We offer a variation on the English theme – instant cheesecake.
Place 125g biscuit sticks in a plastic bag and roll them up with a rolling pin. Pour the biscuit crumbs into a bowl.
Melt the butter, pour it over the biscuit crumbs, stir well. Distribute the mass in a deep round collapsible shape (28 cm), pressing down to obtain an even cake.
Filling: Fill the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Soak for 10 minutes, then heat until dissolved. Cool it down.
Combine processed cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Add gelatin. Whisk the cream until foamy and pour into the curd. Spread the filling evenly on the biscuit base.
For decoration: grind the remaining biscuit sticks and sprinkle them on the cheesecake. Refrigerate before serving.
