Instant Yeast Dough

A few minutes – and a great yeast dough for pies is ready! The dough is light as fluff! The pies are very tasty! Cook and this recipe will be your favorite!

Ingredients

  • Flour – 600-650 g
  • Warm water – 1 glass
  • Hot water (boiling water) – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh pressed yeast – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare products. Sift the flour. For the dough, we need two glasses of water – first a glass of warm water, then a glass of boiling water.
  2. Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt, butter, sugar and yeast.
  3. Stir well, adding 4-5 tablespoon. tablespoons of flour.
  4. Add a glass of boiling water, mix well.
  5. Pour in flour and knead the dough – first with a spoon so as not to burn yourself, then with your hands.
  6. The yeast dough for pies is ready! You can mold the pies, having decided in advance with the filling, and fry them!
