Ingredients

  • 1 packet mozzarella roll
  • 300 g tomato (vine tomatoes)
  • 1 handful basil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ olive oil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Core the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Lay out the mozzarella roll, place unsalted diced tomatoes and basil leaves on top and roll up tightly. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Then cut into 1 - 2 cm thick slices. Then season with salt and pepper. Decorate with balsamic vinegar and a few drops of olive oil before serving.
