  • 200 g bacon or Parma ham thinly sliced
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and roll each into a slice of ham.
  2. Put the rolls in a buttered dish, put them in the oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Then whisk the tomato paste (more if you like) with the cream, pour the sauce over the rolls, season with plenty of oregano and bake again for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Rice, green salad or baguette are suitable as a side dish.
  4. The fillets are very easy to prepare. To do this, cook for 15 minutes the day before, then stir the sauce, pour over it and let everything rest overnight, covered. Put in the preheated oven the next day for another 15 to 20 minutes.
