Potatoes – 450 Grams
Milk – 75 Milliliters
Green onion – 20 Grams
Butter – 25 grams
Salt – To taste
Black pepper – To taste
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make Irish mashed potatoes.
Wash and dry the green onions. Chop it finely and place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Pour in cold milk and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, close the lid and let it brew.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into pieces. Place in a saucepan, add water and boil over medium heat until tender.
Drain the broth from the potatoes and carefully remove the skin.
