  • 0.5 kg ½ potato (s)
  • 25 g alae (red alae), dried, soaked for 5 minutes
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time of the potatoes, soak the red algae, pat dry with kitchen paper and simmer for 3 minutes in the milk over low heat and add to the potatoes together with the butter. Salt and pepper and serve hot.
