Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges, 2 which are untreated
  • 4 large grapefruit (s), pink
  • 1 sachet Gelfix Extra (2: )
  • 1 sachet citric acid
  • 400 g suar

Instructions

  1. Rub the peel of 2 oranges. Squeeze oranges and grapefruits. Measure 375 ml of juice each.
  2. Mix the Gelfix with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add the juices, the orange zest and the citric acid. Let everything boil. When the mixture boils, add the remaining sugar. Bring to the boil again and then let it simmer for at least 3 minutes.
  3. Skim off the jelly and carry out the gelling test. Immediately pour the jelly into twist-off glasses that have been washed out hot and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
