  • 300 g apricot (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Skin the apricots by pouring hot water over them, waiting a little, then quenching and peeling off the skin. Then cut in half and remove the stones. Wash the pear and cut out the core. You can leave the peel on, but you can also peel it.
  2. Puree both with the peeled banana and honey. Now the crushed ice and, if you want to dilute the smoothie a little, add some mineral water or apricot juice and mix again briefly.
