Ingredients
- 2 clove (s) garlic, peeled
- 1 bunch basil, wash, shake dry
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Put the basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and sugar in a blender and chop. Slowly pour in the olive oil until the mass has set.
- Place in a bowl and stir in the parmesan. Season with pepper and add salt if necessary.
- This sauce goes well with vegetable and leaf salads.
