• 2 clove (s) garlic, peeled
• 1 bunch basil, wash, shake dry
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 6 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
• salt and pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Put the basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt and sugar in a blender and chop. Slowly pour in the olive oil until the mass has set.
2. Place in a bowl and stir in the parmesan. Season with pepper and add salt if necessary.
3. This sauce goes well with vegetable and leaf salads.
