Ingredients

  • 700 g plums, cleaned and weihed
  • 300 g rapefruit (s), filleted, approx. 3 - 4 pieces
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 2:

Instructions

  1. Mix the plums with the preserving sugar and let stand for a few hours so that they can draw juice.
  2. Then heat and cook for 3 minutes. Now add the grapefruit fillets and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
  3. I pureed the jam and then filled it hot into glasses.
  4. The grapefruit makes this jam less sweet.
