- 800 g beans (princess beans, frozen)
- 50 g onion (s), diced
- 10 g butter
- 500 g tomato (s), sliced
- 10 g parmesan, rated
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- Basil, dried
- Oregano, dried

- Cook the beans in plenty of water to taste, then drain.
- In the meantime, fry the onion in the heated butter. Add the garlic and beans. Season with the spices and herbs. Add tomatoes and stir in. Steam until everything is hot.
- Arrange on plates and then serve sprinkled with parmesan.
