Ingredients

  • 700 g beef oulash
  • 4 onion (s), cut into large pieces
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 cube beef broth
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Let the olive oil and butter get hot in a stew pan, fry the beef cubes brown on all sides, add the onion and sage, stew until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Then dust with 2 tablespoons of flour and stir everything well, add lukewarm water and add the stock cube.
  3. Cover and simmer in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, on the middle shelf for 2 hours. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with potato gnocchi. Good Appetite!
