Ingredients

  • 1 bunch basil
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped parmesan, grated
  • 500 g round beef
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 slices mozzarella
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, cut the basil into fine pieces, mix with olive oil and parmesan, season with salt and puree well with a hand blender.
  2. Season the minced meat, knead it and form 4 burgers. Fry in the pan or on the grill. Put the cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
  3. Wash the rocket, slice the tomatoes and toast the hamburger buns.
  4. Cover the rolls with lettuce, meat, cheese, tomatoes and sauce.
