Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 0.5 ½ glass dried tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ glass olives, black
  • 3 slices toast
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 packet mozzarella
  • 0.5 ½ pack rocket
  • 1 large ciabatta, or 4 ciabatta rolls
  • Ketchup
  • cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes, olives and toasted bread into small pieces and mix with salt, pepper, eggs and minced meat. If the mixture is still too soft, you can compensate with more toast or breadcrumbs. Shape meatballs out of them and fry them. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into large slices and cover each meatball with them just before the end of the cooking time, so that they are slightly baked. Cut the ciabatta lengthways and brush the underside with cream cheese and ketchup. Cut the cucumber into fine slices and cover the bread with it. Layer the meatballs and washed rocket on top. Put the lid on it.
