Ingredients

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °, allow the mozzarella and tomatoes to drain in a sieve. Mix the minced meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley and oregano, season with salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into cubes and mix with the cream with the minced meat.
  2. Grease a loaf pan, add the meat dough and cook on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 40 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
